Delivery & Collection

Delivery

- We will proceed your orders within 3 working days after the order is placed, excluding weekends & Public Holidays. 
Our $15.00 flat rate delivery service (free for purchases above $300.00) follows a designated time belt system ~ 10am to 3pm OR 2pm to 7pm.
- All deliveries are outsourced, planned and managed by an automated route-planning system and we are not able to guarantee exact and specific timing.
- Drivers will contact customers on foreseeable delays and upon request at arrival; they are however unable to change delivery timing.
- In the event that there is no one to receive at location, unless with given written instructions to leave the wines unattended, our drivers will send the wines back to iShopVino’ warehouse.  Customers will have to bear both the return and re-delivery fees (subject to date/ timing and distance) for the wines to be re-delivered.

Cancellation, Refund & Exchange

Refund
- Refund requests will not be considered if it is more than 48 hours after the transaction is made.

- All requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, in writing to [email protected]
- Refund payment will be channelled through PayNow, may takes up to 7 days upon receiving said request.
- All refund payment will have 3% administrative charges deducted from the refund transaction amount.
